The Playoffs

Hello everyone! Thanks for checking out my web site.
I've been working hard- concentrating on winning games - but I wanted to make sure to check in with
everyone before the playoffs get started and tell you a little bit about how things are going and what I'm thinking about
the toughest, yet most exciting part of our season.
First of all, I feel very good about our team. If you can't already
tell, we have great chemistry, and I think that we are a very strong team right now. I feel we have a very good chance of
doing really well in the playoffs, but everyone will need to stay healthy and show up for every game. Of course, we want to
keep Dave healthy, too. He does a lot to help us win and it would be great to have him for the entire post-season. We would
love to win another ring, especially with Dave in his last season. We feel very confident and we know that if we show up to
play Spurs basketball, we are going to be very tough to beat. The regular season is winding down and
we have met many of our goals, but once the playoffs start, it's like
the slate gets wiped clean, and we have to continue to come together even more as a team to build on what we have already
accomplished.
Everyone has asked me who we would like to see in the
first-round, but that's not really as important to us right now as you might think.
We are going into the Playoffs very focused and just want to continue to play good, solid basketball. Every minute on the
court, we want it to count
and be our best effort possible. Coach Pop doesn't get enough
credit. He keeps pushing me, all of us really, to
be better, and we apreciate that. He is a big part of making this all come together.
I haven't had a chance to check in and tell all of you how much I
apreciate all of your help and support for not only the things we are
doing on the court,
but for all the things we are trying to accomplish with my Foundation
off the court as well. Thank you for all your help and for continuing to
support us.
I will check in during the playoffs and keep you posted as to what my
thoughts are and hope to keep hearing from all of you as well. Thanks
again!
