The West Finals

I'm very excited that we are in the Western Conference Finals again.
We have worked hard all year to get to this point, and beating the
Lakers was a huge accomplishment, but it is still not our ultimate
goal. You all can probably imagine what it means to us to be in this
position, but believe me, it has not been easy. All of these teams
are great, and no one wants this season to be over.
This series against the Mavericks is going to take the same type of
effort. They are a very tough team with lots of scoring options. It
is going to take a big time team effort to get past these guys, but
we are very confident in our chances.
We know and have prepared for the fact that they are a high-octane,
run and gun ball club and that we will have to take care of the ball
against them. We know also that they are a very good jump shooting
team, so we're going to have to try to harrass them on D and get some
of those long rebound we've seen all year when we play them.
Mentally and physically, I think we have done a good job of preparing
for the Mavericks, but we're going to need all the help we can get
from everyone in the stands. Dallas is a very tough place to play.
The crowd is very loud and it seems like they never stop cheering.
We're going to need that kind of energy and support from our fans at
home to push us over the top.
I hope you get a chance to come out and support us. I'll write more
later. Thanks for checking out the site!
